Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- You can exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If the required size is unavailable, you may select a different item as a replacement.
- Please note that offered items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
- Once you inform us of your exchange request and it is approved by us, please send the product to our warehouse address via registered post or any courier service you prefer:

- Please include a note with the tracking number we provided, along with the method you used to place your order (e.g., WhatsApp Number, Messenger Name, Website Order ID, Instagram Name, TikTok Name).
- Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you. The exchanged item will be sent to you within 2-3 working days.
Exchange Charges
- Delivery charges for both return and redelivery of the exchanged item must be paid by the customer.
- Should the mistake be on our end (e.g., sending the wrong item), we will cover both-way delivery charges. However, if the customer is exchanging for a different size, they will be responsible for the delivery charges both ways.
Refund
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any decisions regarding refunds are entirely at the discretion of WooBee management.

හුවමාරුව සදහා සුදුසුකම්
- හුවමාරු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය අයිතමය ඔබට ලැබී දින 7ක් ඇතුලත භාවිතයට නොගෙන, නොසෝදා, වෙනස්කම් වලට භාජනය නොකොට, ටැග් ඉවත් නොකර මුල් ස්වරෑපයෙන් තිබිය යුතුය.
- හුවමාරුව සිදුකල හැක්කේ ඔබ ගත් අයිතමයේම වෙනත් සයිස් එකක් සමග පමණි. හුවමාරුව සිදු කරන අවස්ථාවේදී අප සතුව එම තොග නොපවතීනම් වෙනත් අයිතමයක් සමග හුවමාරුව සිදු කල හැක.
- වට්ටම් සහිතව නිකුත් කරනු ලබන අයිතම [ Offered Item ] සදහා හුවමාරු සිදු නොකෙරේ.
හුවමාරු ක්‍රියාවලිය
- හුවමාරු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය බව අප වෙත දැනුම්දී අප විසින් හුවමාරු කිරීම අනුමත කිරීමෙන් පසු කුරියර් සමාගමක් මගින් හෝ තැපෑල මගින් පහත සදහන් අපගේ ලිපිනයට පාර්සල් කර එවිය යුතු වේ.

- එහිදී අප විසින් ලබා දුන් Tracking Number සමග ඔබ ඇණවුම ලබා දුන් WhatsApp Number , FaceBook Name, Instagram Name , TikTok Name , Web Site Order Number සදහන් කර Note එකක් පාර්සලය තුලට දමා එවිය යුතුය.
- පාර්සලය ලද පසු අප විසින් එය පරීක්ෂා කොට ඔබ හට දන්වන අතර, වැඩකරන දින 2-3 කාලයක් ඇතුලත ඔබ අතට හුවමාරු අයිතමය ලැබීමට සලස්වනු ලැබේ.
හුවමාරුව සදහා වන ගාස්තු
- හුවමාරුව සදහා පාර්සලය අප වෙත එවීමේ ගාස්තු මෙන්ම නව පාර්සලය ඔබ වෙත එවීමට වන ගාස්තු ඔබ විසින් දැරිය යුතුය.
- යම් හෙයකින් වැරදි අයිතමයක් ඔබ වෙත එවා ඇති විටකදී එවා ඇති පාර්සලය නැවත ගෙන්වා ගැනීමට සහ නව පාර්සලයක් එවීමට වන ගාස්තු අප විසන් දරනු ලබන අතර ඔබ හට සයිස් වෙනසක් සිදුකිරීමට අවශ්‍ය වුවහොත් එවැනි අවස්ථාවක හුවමාරුව සදහා වන සියළු ගාස්තු ඔබ විසින් දැරිය යුතුය.
මුදල් ආපසු ලබාදීම
- කිසිදු හේතුවක් මත මුදල් ආපසු ලබාදීමක් සිදුනොකරන අතර ඒ සම්බන්ධව සියළු තීරණ ගනු ලබනුයේ WooBee කලමණාකාරීත්වය විසිනි.
